Delivery Policy

After ordering, you will receive an email confirmation that stock is available and an estimated date of delivery.

DigiFrame Signage makes every attempt to ensure that goods are delivered promptly and in a timely manner. However, it is reasonable to expect that, on occasion shipping and other factors outside our control may result in delays. DigiFrame Signage does not accept any liability for loss or damage suffered by anyone as a result of any such delays.

Where scheduled dispatch of a Product is delayed by more than 10 working days, customers will be notified by e-mail/telephone at the e-mail address/contact number nominated in their Order. Title and risk in the Goods pass to the customer on signing for delivery of the Goods.

Where a customer gives written authority for an item to be delivered without a signature, any and all included insurance cover will be voided.

DigiFrame Signage's nominated courier will deliver Goods during business hours if required(9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday)

DigiFrame Signage is not responsible for the delivery times of Goods. Once Goods have been dispatched, it is the customers’ responsibility to liaise with DigiFrames’ nominated courier company in relation to date of delivery and to make themselves available to take delivery during business hours (if applicable). Any information provided by DigiFrame Signage to a customer in relation to delivery will be from a third party and as such DigiFrame will not guarantee the accuracy of such information.
